Network Installation

Each user is set-up as an individual with all personal preferences and requirements configured into their workstation. We ensure that all cabling is concealed so as not to spoil the office decor. In addition, we take particular care to 'future proof' our networks to keep pace with your growth.

Network Support, Maintenance & Backup
A comprehensive information system strategy doesn’t end with the installation. You need to continuously protect your vital information. We provide support via telephone, dial-in, internet remote-control and site visits from our qualified network engineers. We will continuously monitor systems for failing components, perform software upgrades, perform data backups and make sure your system is running reliably and at peak performance.

On-Site Service
When the unforeseen happens we are available 24 hours a day to provide professional support. Do away with the scenario of days without productivity while you wait for a company service person to schedule a service call. We stock all the major repair components for most popular PC’s. Special order parts are one day away.

System and Peripheral Sales and Upgrades
Microtime provides custom built computers designed for your companies needs and made to your specifications. All computers are built from high-quality name brand parts from Western Digital, Intel, AMD, Abit, Acer, Diamond, nVidia and 3com. Each system is also secured with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Extended warranties are also available.

Data Recovery
Ran into a serious problem and can't get your data? We have a very high success rate with Data-Recovery. Our in-house technicians can recover data from a myriad of hard drive crashes as well as from some virus attacks. Most recovery issues are solved in-house without the need to send your drive to a clean-room facility for disassembly. For scenarios where the physical drive is damaged requiring a clean room, we offer this service as the next logical step in a recovery program.

Training
Need help getting your staff up to speed on a new program or system. We can help with the seemingly overwhelming complexity of your new software application or computer system. Whether you’re running Windows or Macintosh we simplify the chaos and get your team producing.

SUPPORT OPTIONS

Contract Support
A contract support plan is a full-service program where we take over all the headaches of your computer system and network. With a contracted support plan we are regularly at your office for a period as mutually determined and based upon your needs. For instance, we may be there 4 hours per week for routine services and maintenance such as periodic backups, upgrades, repairs, etc. and then readily available for emergency support when needed. This program works best when their are more then a few computers to support and is a cost-effective alternative to an MIS department.

Billed Support
With this method you simply contact us as required when either something has gone down or when a function needs to be performed. We provide all the same services as with a support contract though in a more reactive mode due to the lack of continued preventative maintenance. This program works best with smaller offices or ones with less equipment.
