Data Recovery
Ran into a serious problem and can't get your data? We have a very
high success rate with Data-Recovery. Our in-house technicians can
recover data from a myriad of hard drive crashes as well as from
some virus attacks. Most recovery issues are solved in-house without
the need to send your drive to a clean-room facility for
disassembly. For scenarios where the physical drive is damaged
requiring a clean room, we offer this service as the next logical
step in a recovery program.

SUPPORT OPTIONS
Contract Support
A contract support plan is a full-service program where we take over
all the headaches of your computer system and network. With a
contracted support plan we are regularly at your office for a period
as mutually determined and based upon your needs. For instance, we
may be there 4 hours per week for routine services and maintenance
such as periodic backups, upgrades, repairs, etc. and then readily
available for emergency support when needed. This program works best
when their are more then a few computers to support and is a
cost-effective alternative to an MIS department.
Billed Support
With this method you simply contact us as required when either
something has gone down or when a function needs to be performed. We
provide all the same services as with a support contract though in a
more reactive mode due to the lack of continued preventative
maintenance. This program works best with smaller offices or ones
with less equipment.
